In poultry business, most of the poultry farmers have a common characteristic where their poultry farm is located in an area where there is high temperature, high humidity and abundant rainfall. So, Luoto carried out this project to explain how poultry farmers can opt for high-rise poultry house and our battery cage system to avoid the effect of constant heat or cold. We advice our customers to get a battery cage system because it helps to solve all chicken rearing troubles like prevention of disease spread, saves labour and less of feed wastage 

The customer used 3 rows 4 tiers battery cage system.  The layer house size length 121.0m, width is 12.5m and the height is (1.6m+1.6m=3.2m). Lower level of 1.06 meters for concrete structure is the upper level for steel structure. So the chicken manure can fall into the bottom of the ground directly, no chicken manure pollution, because of high temperature the manure can get faster evaporation to facilitate a single breeding cycle ends, the underlying use of manure collector system can help to clean up the chicken manure easily

The 3 row 4 tiers battery cage system each row has 53 sets, a total of 159 sets, each set can feed 200 birds, pavilions breeding of 31,800 only. The customers uses drinking water system, automatic driving feeding system with 11.2 tons of galvanized sheet metal tower, with automatic egg system, further enhance the automation. The battery cage system to use 275 GSM galvanized sheet, automatic stamping press, convenient transportation and installation, the battery cage system net undergoes hot dip galvanized surface treatment technology which applies to the local hot and humid climate environment

Features

1. There is an egg saver, which ensures the safe rolling-off of eggs to the longitudinal belt. An additional advantage is for the newly laid eggs is, they dry while sliding to the egg saver, for which feather or dust cannot stick to the eggs

2. The manure collected by the manure belt beneath the bottom wires. This can remain up to 6 days

3. The air duct gives a direct air flow just upon the manure belt which helps to reduce the extraction of ammonia as well as dries the manure

4. Watering system in battery cage system is highly effective, water nipple are located outside each cages. These are made of stainless steel. The splash water is collected by drip cup, which keeps the battery cage system safe from corrosion & keep the manure dry
