The lengthwise belts of the automatic egg collection system may operate at different speed rates and the speed rate is selected by the poultry farm personnel depending on the egg-laying performance of the flock and the cross-wise conveyor utilization level. In order to prevent egg contamination during handling at the egg collection belt, the equipment incorporates a dedicated lengthwise belt cleaning brush with the waste container

Components

1. Wire mesh

It is A-type with hot galvanized, angle iron or 0.6m thick steel flat with weaving process which includes cutting, stamping, bending, welding and forming. Advantages of the mesh includes strong, sturdy and smooth, the durability is about 20-25 years with high quality un-annealed steel wire. The weaving process requires welding and then bending and the surface treatment is either hot dip or electro galvanize with smooth surface, good elasticity, high strength, and so on

2. Water drinking line

Its highly precise stainless steel ball with high sensitivity, 360 ̊ active sealed, but has no leakage guarantees for drying of chicken manure. The installation, disassembly, convenient and cleaning is easy no need for glue and bonding

3. Feeding trough
