1. Wire drawing workshop
We use high quality Q-235 high speed wire rods to produce laying cages, chick cages and broiler cages, tensile strength of the material is up to 490MPa and elongation reaches 23%. With high hardness and elasticity, it makes our poultry cages hard to deform and extends service life by more than three years, by cold drawing process, the material obtains extremely high hardness and flexibility. To reduce cost, some small factories use Q-195 steel wires to make cages which are interior to Q-235 in hardness and flexibility. So, please pay attention to the material when purchasing poultry cages
2. Chicken cage mesh production processing
From black wire to finished galvanized mesh or PVC mesh, the steps are as followed,

3. Chicken cage frame production processing
(1) Cage frame from steel plate or angle bar to finished frame are as follows,

(2) Feeding hopper workshop
Feeding hopper workshop is where the hoppers are been produced. Hopper feeders provide the most efficient and economical method of conveying bulk materials such as biomass, with the ease of controlling feed rate. Feeders satisfy a range of applications from light-duty food and chemical to heavy-duty quarry applications in a cost effective way
(3) Egg collection workshop
Egg collection workshop is where the automatic egg collecting machine is produced including conveying belt, egg sorting, packaging machine are manufactured. (4) Manure removal workshop
This is a workshop where automatic manure removal, manure scraper, machine dewatering machine is produced.  Manure removal system applies for A-type cage. It can save labor cost and help improve poultry house environment. The main structure of the manure

Update you on the container tracking, where it is and when it will arrive. Our after-service team will inform you on time to prepare the clearance when the container is near the port
