Basic information

The automatic broiler chicken cage material of mainly cage frame is hot-dip galvanized steel. The galvanization standard for mainly parts is 275g/㎡ at least.(according to the international standard GB/T2518-2008),The main part of the cage steel thick is 2.0m , and the remaining parts is between 0.01~0.15m. The material of cage net is hot galvanized wire. The transverse broiler conveyor system will deliver the broilers outside of the chicken house

The automatic broiler chicken cage is used for rearing meat production purpose chickens. The chickens are kept in cages for growing between one day old to about 56 days for harvesting, the harvesting day can be early as 40-45 days if the weight and meat condition are up to market standard. The automatic broiler chicken cage can avoid the formation of chicken thoracic hematoma. It reduces the occurrence of diseases such as coccidia. The scientific grid size facilitates the manure dropping and avoids the growth of bacteria

Because of the automatic broiler chicken cage the temperature and air quality give the birds good feeling and important to broilers growing, so fans, cooling pads and air inlet windows will be design to control the temperature and ventilation, it is a whole system of keeping a comfortable temperature, changing the air regularly, making the air clean and dispel peculiar smell. When you harvest the broiler chickens, the floor mesh will be taken out and the chickens dropped down on the manure belt and deliver to the end of the chicken house

1. Steel poultry house

Steel poultry house are the most cost effective structures for commercial layer unit housing, (chicken sheds) and free range chicken houses for poultry farming. It provides shelter for commercial production of free range chickens. This can be a simple roof shelter or an enclosed steel structure with galvanized sheets for greater protection from the elements. The most common structures we build are for intensive chicken farming, where the birds are kept inside the poultry house permanently

2. Silo

Silo is a kind of poultry equipment suitable for feed storage for large and medium-sized chicken farms. The system includes feeding silos or hoppers, conveying PVC pipes, auger or chain discs, discharge ports, silos, feeding sensors and drive motors. The main warehouse adopts 275g/m2 double-sided galvanized layer, and after passivation, greatly enhances the anti-rust performance, and improves the corrosion resistance. All bolts of feed tower are high-strength hot-dip galvanized alloy bolts

3. Automatic feeder

Automatic feeder is designed by combining with rivets to distribute the feed evenly, quickly and homogeneously into the cells.  The trolley feeding system helps the reduction of feed to a minimum. This system can function as full automated system, or can be used manually at any time. The system working time can be adjusted via the electrical control panel, when the switch on the cover section of the electrical control panel is turned to the manual position

4. Automatic broiler harvest

Automatic broiler harvester is a machine used in poultry farming to gather chickens (typically broilers) for slaughter. The automatic broiler harvester machines, by contrast, use different systems to collect and deposit the chickens onto a conveyor belt which then moves and cage them into crates or containers, to transfer them to subsequent processing. Chicken harvesters can harvest from 18 up to 26 tons of birds per hour (about 8000 birds per hour – average bird weight 2.5 kg). The use of automatic broiler harvesters may be less stressful to the birds compared to being hand-wrangled by humans

5. Automatic manure remover

It is primarily used to eradicate and get rid of the poultry manure in poultry farming cages. This helps to provide an optimal cage environment for your chickens the equipment comes in either two-blade or three-blade varieties, depending on the conformation of your poultry pen

6. House cooler

House cooler is used to achieve high production rates and increase efficiency. Poultry houses with layers (egg-laying hens), broilers (chickens farmed for meat) and free range chickens all require some kind of cooling system. House cooler is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. The house coolers differs from other air conditioning systems, which use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles

House lighting is an important parameter of poultry production. Lighting patterns for broilers are aimed for stimulating and controlling feed intake. Light as an environmental factor consists of three different aspects like intensity, duration, and wavelength, broiler behavior is affected by light intensity. Light fixtures can improve bird weight, flock uniformity, and feed conversion, with this fixture it is crucial to have a proper production dimmer and a well-thought-out lighting program. The dim-blue light is used to calm the birds and reduce condemnation

9. House heater

House heater is essential for providing baby chicks with the perfect amount of ground heat. By simulating the warmth of their mother, brooders help farmers wean chicks off of their heat source much quicker
