Automatic pullet chicken cage is equipped with full automatic machine. It can be feed a large capacity in one house which reduces the land area and building cost. The close house equipped with the intelligent temperature control system, the temperature difference between the house fronts to the end is no more than 2 Celsius

The automatic pullet chicken cage also known as pullet cage systems are available with 3 decks, the appropriate size for the entire period prior to the laying stage. This pullet chicken cage is designed with greater height and the ability to raise the nipple drinkers to accommodate to the growing size of the pullets. This allows for ease of access to water during the entire pullet period prior the laying stage

This automatic pullet chicken cage was engineered with a cage stand and reinforces feeder trough support in heavy galvanized steel every 4 feet on every tier. This cage is created with fully automated system, which increases efficiency and lower labour cost. All pullet chicken cages are equipped with polypropylene manure deflectors to a bottom pit, without maintenance required until the end of the flock cycle

Most cages are constructed primarily of steel with some form of anti-corrosive coating. The material is Q 235. The first class galvanized sheets and wires we use to create the structure of our cages are ISO 9001 certified

1. Steel poultry house

Steel poultry house are the most cost effective structures for commercial layer unit housing, (chicken sheds) and free range chicken houses for poultry farming. It provides shelter for commercial production of free range chickens. This can be a simple roof shelter or an enclosed steel structure with galvanized sheets for greater protection from the elements. The most common structures we build are for intensive chicken farming, where the birds are kept inside the poultry house permanently

2. Silo

Silo is a kind of poultry equipment suitable for feed storage for large and medium-sized chicken farms. The system includes feeding silos or hoppers, conveying PVC pipes, auger or chain discs, discharge ports, silos, feeding sensors and drive motors. The main warehouse adopts 275g/m2 double-sided galvanized layer, and after passivation, greatly enhances the anti-rust performance, and improves the corrosion resistance. All bolts of feed tower are high-strength hot-dip galvanized alloy bolts

3. Automatic feeder

Automatic feeder is designed by combining with rivets to distribute the feed evenly, quickly and homogeneously into the cells.  The trolley feeding system helps the reduction of feed to a minimum. This system can function as full automated system, or can be used manually at any time. The system working time can be adjusted via the electrical control panel, when the switch on the cover section of the electrical control panel is turned to the manual position

4. Automatic manure remover

It is primarily used to eradicate and get rid of the poultry manure in poultry farming cages. This helps to provide an optimal cage environment for your chickens the equipment comes in either two-blade or three-blade varieties, depending on the conformation of your poultry pen

5. House cooler

House cooler is used to achieve high production rates and increase efficiency. Poultry houses with layers (egg-laying hens), broilers (chickens farmed for meat) and free range chickens all require some kind of cooling system. House cooler is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. The house coolers differs from other air conditioning systems, which use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles

6. Indoor disinfection spray

Indoor disinfection spray will keep your chickens coop clean and fresh. The 100% natural formula is free from chemicals and parabens, ensuring it’s safe to use around feeding stations and eggs. The spray not only cleans away and protects from nasty bacteria and fungi, but it removes pesky mites, lice and other insects. It is easy-to-use and requires no rinsing. 7. House lighting

House lighting is an important parameter of poultry production. Lighting patterns for layers are aimed for stimulating and controlling feed intake. Light as an environmental factor consists of three different aspects like intensity, duration, and wavelength, broiler behavior is affected by light intensity. Light fixtures can improve bird weight, flock uniformity, and feed conversion, with this fixture it is crucial to have a proper production dimmer and a well-thought-out lighting program. The dim-blue light is used to calm the birds and reduce condemnation

8. House heater

House heater is essential for providing baby chicks and pigs with the perfect amount of ground heat. By simulating the warmth of their mother, brooders help farmers wean piglets and chicks off of their heat source much quicker
