Automatic layer chicken cage is used in housing chickens that are laying eggs and this type of chicken’s are called the layers, they are used in different part of the countries, the reason is that the design of the automatic layer chicken cage provides a comfortable environment for the chicken. Features

1. This system involves rearing of poultry on raised wire netting floor in smaller compartments, called cages, either fitted with stands on floor of house or hanged from the roof

2. It has been proved very efficient for laying operations, right from day-old to till disposal

3. At present, 75% of commercial layers in the world are kept in cages

4. Feeders and water troughs are attached to cages from outside except nipple drinker, for which pipeline is installed through or above cages

5. Auto-operated feeding trolleys and egg collection belts can also be used in this rearing system

Battery cages are very good means of accommodating your chickens in healthy conditions that will boost their reproduction, original battery cages are not mere cages with wire mesh floor and essential heating elements for brooding chickens. Quality and superior battery cages are designed to outweigh an ordinary wire mesh cage. The wire floor is designed to allow manure go through it, taking it away from the chickens surroundings and eventually minimizing the risks of manure-borne diseases. 1. Steel poultry house

Steel poultry house are the most cost effective structures for commercial layer unit housing, (chicken sheds) and free range chicken houses for poultry farming. It provides shelter for commercial production of free range chickens. This can be a simple roof shelter or an enclosed steel structure with galvanized sheets for greater protection from the elements. The most common structures we build are for intensive chicken farming, where the birds are kept inside the poultry house permanently 

2. Silo

Silo is a kind of poultry equipment suitable for feed storage for large and medium-sized chicken farms. The system includes feeding silos or hoppers, conveying PVC pipes, auger or chain discs, discharge ports, silos, feeding sensors and drive motors. The main warehouse adopts 275g/m2 double-sided galvanized layer, and after passivation, greatly enhances the anti-rust performance, and improves the corrosion resistance. All bolts of feed tower are high-strength hot-dip galvanized alloy bolts 

3. Automatic feeder

Automatic feeder is designed by combining with rivets to distribute the feed evenly, quickly and homogeneously into the cells.  The trolley feeding system helps the reduction of feed to a minimum. This system can function as full automated system, or can be used manually at any time. The system working time can be adjusted via the electrical control panel, when the switch on the cover section of the electrical control panel is turned to the manual position 

4. Automatic egg collector

The automatic egg collector is the most versatile system in the market.  Additionally, it provides its elevator system with a higher collecting capacity by allowing the collection of eggs simultaneously from all tiers. Eggs are collected individually per tier, with a gear motor per tier, allowing a maximum flexibility to our customers’ daily egg collection 

5. Automatic manure remover

It is primarily used to eradicate and get rid of the poultry manure in poultry farming cages. This helps to provide an optimal cage environment for your chickens the equipment comes in either two-blade or three-blade varieties, depending on the conformation of your poultry pen 

6. Egg grader

The egg grader has stainless steel and carbon, steel models, it has the functions of automatic transportation, candling, and grading. The supporting facilities include an egg washing machine, egg suction device, egg printer, and so on. It is widely applies for sorting chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs and preserved eggs 

7. House cooler

House cooler is used to achieve high production rates and increase efficiency. Poultry houses with layers (egg-laying hens), broilers (chickens farmed for meat) and free range chickens all require some kind of cooling system. House cooler is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. The house coolers differs from other air conditioning systems, which use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles 

8. Indoor disinfection spray

Indoor disinfection spray will keep your chickens coop clean and fresh. The 100% natural formula is free from chemicals and parabens, ensuring it’s safe to use around feeding stations and eggs. The spray not only cleans away and protects from nasty bacteria and fungi, but it removes pesky mites, lice and other insects. It is easy-to-use and requires no rinsing. 9. House lighting

House lighting is an important parameter of poultry production. Lighting patterns for layers are aimed for stimulating and controlling feed intake. Light as an environmental factor consists of three different aspects like intensity, duration, and wavelength, broiler behavior is affected by light intensity. Light fixtures can improve bird weight, flock uniformity, and feed conversion, with this fixture it is crucial to have a proper production dimmer and a well-thought-out lighting program. The dim-blue light is used to calm the birds and reduce condemnation 

10. House heater

House heater is essential for providing baby chicks and pigs with the perfect amount of ground heat. By simulating the warmth of their mother, brooders help farmers wean piglets and chicks off of their heat source much quicker
